Simulated Accounts Only

Frontline Prop LLC offers simulated trading evaluations and simulated funded accounts only. No real funds are traded, deposited into, or withdrawn from any market on a client’s behalf at any stage, including after passing an evaluation. All account balances, charts, and performance figures displayed reflect a simulated trading environment and do not represent actual trading activity or real capital markets exposure. Payouts, where applicable, are made at the Company’s sole discretion under its program terms and do not represent profit-sharing from real trading activity.

Evaluation Program

Frontline Prop LLC’s evaluation program is intentionally rigorous and designed to assess a trader’s risk management and strategy discipline before a simulated funded account is allocated. Most applicants do not pass on their first attempt, and there is no guarantee that performance will improve or that any future evaluation attempt will be successful. Prospective traders should purchase an evaluation only if confident in their trading ability and should accept the risk of not qualifying for a funded account. Evaluation fees are non-refundable once trading on the evaluation has begun, regardless of outcome.

Hypothetical / Simulated Performance

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent real trading, and because trades are not actually executed, results may over- or under-compensate for market factors such as liquidity constraints. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown, and there are frequently sharp differences between simulated results and results achieved in live trading. Simulated performance is generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight and does not involve financial risk, so it cannot fully account for the psychological and behavioral impact of real losses. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future performance.

No Regulatory Status

Frontline Prop LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. It is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or money services business, and is not registered with or regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, National Futures Association, FinCEN, or any other financial regulatory authority in the United States or elsewhere.
