This Cookie Policy explains how Frontline Prop LLC (“Frontline Prop”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on frontlineprop.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Risk & Disclosure Statement.

Other technologies we may use in the future

As we move from waitlist toward live operations, the Site may add the following categories of cookies and similar technologies. We will update this policy before any of these are deployed in production:

Payment processing — cookies set by a regulated payment provider (for example, to detect fraud during checkout for evaluation purchases).
Identity verification (KYC) — cookies set by a regulated identity-verification provider during KYC and proof-of-life checks.
Customer support — cookies set by our help desk or chat provider when you contact us through the Site.
Product analytics and session replay — cookies that help us understand how account holders use the Site (for example, where they get stuck during sign-up).
Error monitoring — cookies set by an error-reporting provider so we can diagnose and fix issues quickly.

How to control cookies

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track, the Site does not currently respond to it. We do honour GPC signals where required by applicable law.

U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and, where applicable, the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or of targeted advertising as those terms are defined under those laws.
